Sadaam Hussein may be out of office but there are plenty of despots who are still clinging to power. Some have received lukewarm criticism; others have received American funding and support. These are the worst of the worst: the kind of tyrants who give tyrants a bad name. While North Korea has recently garnered the spotlight for its nuclear program, the others are relatively obscure. . All have done at least as well as Sadaam in turning their fiefdoms into hells on earth. |
